Customized Conversation
I’ll work with you on the level of interaction you’d like during our conversation. Sometimes you just want to do all the talking, sometimes you want the other person to take that on. I do my best to read the conversation in real-time and make adjustments as needed. We will put whatever you’d like under the magnifying glass and talk through issues in detail.
Honesty
Please come expecting direct, honest, maybe even sometimes hard to hear feedback. To make the most of our interaction it works best if we can inspect issues with laser focus and not take feedback/comments/thoughts personally. We are on the same side of the table together.
